KATAOKA Engine’s technologies have been applied to various internal-combustion engines ranging from those for passenger cars and large-sized trucks to those for construction machines, agricultural machines, generators, railroad vehicles, ships, ultra-large sized tankers and racing cars typified by Formula One and World Rally Championship races.
　Engine parts turned out on KATAOKA Engine’s special-purpose machine tools are core parts that dominate the functions and performances of engines but usually invisible from the outside.
   

Many different sizes and specifications to meet the requirements of various uses from motorcycles to passenger cars and ultra-large tankers

Since piston rings and camshafts are used in various driving machines and engines, their sizes and specifications are infinite in variety. For pistons rings, we can deal with various outside diameters from as small as φ25mm to as large as over φ1000mm and various thicknesses from as thin as 0.35mm to as thick as 25mm.
For camshafts, we can deal with single cams and triple cams of various overall length from as short as 400mm to as long as 2300mm. Thus, we are flexible in satisfying any requirements of our customers.
Wherever there is the evolution of internal-combustion engines, KATAOKA Engine’s technologies are alive.
